Maha Jewels, Home Decor & Accessories accepts and ships orders to destinations within the United States and all prices are quoted in US dollars only.  An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance as all orders are subjected to credit approval. Once payment is confirmed your order will be processed; otherwise, the order will be declined. 

Maha Jewels, Home Decor & Accessories reserved the rights to change the prices of its products without prior notice to the customers. All orders are subjected to shipping and handling fee as well as applicable sales tax.

New products will be posted as they become available.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved by Maha Jewels, Home Decor & Accessories and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date. No exchanges or refunds are accepted after 30 days of invoice date. We will issue refund or credit to your original method of payments upon receipt of the returned product.  Include a copy of your invoice to expedite your returns and indicate your reason for returning the item.  Products must be properly packed in its original packing to be eligible for refunds or credit of payment. Damaged products will be not accepted and will not be eligible for refund or credit.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost of any returned product(s) sent back to Maha Jewels, Home Decor & Accessories.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  It is advisable to insure your return package to ensure protection, safety and peace of mind.

Privacy - Purchaser's information is strictly confidential and used for billing, shipping and newsletter purposes only.  We may send you information of special promotions and new items in stock.  If at any time you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us to discontinue this offer.

Shipping Destinations are worldwide but payment must be made in United States currency only.

Shipping Cost - varies depending on your choice of service.

Delivery time is subjected to your choice of the following delivery services: Regular mail (10 - 15 days), Expedited service (3- 5 days), Express Service (next day or second day).

All products are in stock and will be processed upon receipt of credit approval and payment confirmation (usually shipped within 48 hours).

Taxes - products are subjected to applicable sales tax.
